Dickies Australia Online provides FREE shipping on all orders from $50 and up made in Australia. For all orders from $0-$50, Dickies Australia Online will charge a standard national shipment fee of $7.90 to all customers purchasing products within Australia. Dickies Australia Online can ship out of Australia. International shipment fees start at $19.90.
Dickies Australia Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal (Queensland) business hours between Monday and Friday
Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please refer to your order tracking number via Aus Post for full details.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as Dickies Australia Online does not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or an exchange where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the image shown to you. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item
A faulty product is a damaged good received from the retailer or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. If the item meets the Dickies Australia Online Returns & Exchanges policy, then the sale item may be considered for exchange within the 30-day period.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received to Dickies Australia Online, then a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, then we will send a refund to the gift giver and this person will be sent all return details.
Refunds (if applicable)
If returning an item that has a free promotional item, this free promotional product must be returned or purchased. Once your return has been received and inspected by Dickies Australia Online, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
