Lifetime 10% Off Offer Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Dickies Australia Website Relaunch promotion (“Offer”), customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Offer Overview

The first 1,000 eligible customers who place a qualifying order on the Dickies Australia online store will receive an ongoing 10% discount linked to their registered email address (“Lifetime Discount”).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, customers must:

  • Place a completed order on the Dickies Australia website during the promotional period;
  • Use a valid email address at checkout;
  • Successfully complete payment for the order;
  • Be identified by Dickies Australia as one of the first 1,000 eligible customers; and
  • Remain subscribed to Dickies Australia marketing communications sent to the qualifying email address. Customers who unsubscribe from marketing emails will forfeit eligibility for the Lifetime Discount and any associated discount may be deactivated.

Eligible customers will be notified individually via email after the promotional threshold has been reached.

3. Lifetime Discount Details

Eligible customers will receive an ongoing 10% discount linked exclusively to the verified email address used for their qualifying purchase.

  • Automatic Application: The discount is attached directly to the customer's account. No coupon code is required. To apply the discount to future orders, the customer must be logged into their registered Dickies Australia account;
  • Notification: Confirmation of eligibility will be sent via email once the first 1,000 qualifying purchases are finalized. 

Customers who do not receive a confirmation email have not qualified for the Offer.

The discount:

  • Is non-transferable;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit;
  • May not be shared, resold, or published publicly;
  • May exclude selected products, collaborations, limited releases, gift cards, sale items, or promotional items at Dickies Australia’s discretion.

4. Promotional Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, the Lifetime Discount:

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders;
  • Does not apply to shipping charges.

5. Account & Email Usage

The Lifetime Discount is associated with the qualifying customer email address attached to that customer only.

Dickies Australia reserves the right to deactivate Lifetime Discount that are:

  • Shared publicly;
  • Used fraudulently;
  • Associated with duplicate or suspicious accounts;
  • Used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

If a qualifying order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, Dickies Australia reserves the right to revoke eligibility for the Lifetime Discount.

7. Modification & Termination

Dickies Australia reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility of any participant;
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary;
  • Refuse access to the promotion in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any changes will not affect discounts already granted unless misuse, fraud, or technical errors are identified.

8. Privacy

Customer information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Dickies Australia Privacy Policy.
