Returns Policy

Dickies Australia & New Zealand offers refunds for items that are:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

⚠️ Important:
Packaging (e.g. boxes) must be placed inside a satchel or outer packaging. Do not use the product packaging as the outer shipping packaging.

Returns Timeframe
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this period
Exchanges

Dickies Australia & New Zealand does not offer exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, or style:

  1. Return your original item for a refund (subject to approval)
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You may:

  • Return via your preferred postal service, or
  • Use an online return label (if available)

Purchases from Other Retailers

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from the Dickies Australia & New Zealand website.

If you purchased from a retail store or third-party stockist, please contact them directly for assistance.

Faulty Items

A faulty item is defined as:

  • A product received damaged, or
  • A manufacturing fault occurring within a reasonable time (up to 6 months)

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

To report a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team at online@dickiesaustralia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description
Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to return conditions.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank, PayPal, or Afterpay account
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)
