Returns & Refunds
Dickies Australia & New Zealand offers refunds for items that are:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
⚠️ Important:
Packaging (e.g. boxes) must be placed inside a satchel or outer packaging. Do not use the product packaging as the outer shipping packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this period
Dickies Australia & New Zealand does not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or style:
- Return your original item for a refund (subject to approval)
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
You may:
- Return via your preferred postal service, or
- Use an online return label (if available)

⚠️ We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit and not received by our warehouse.
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from the Dickies Australia & New Zealand website.
If you purchased from a retail store or third-party stockist, please contact them directly for assistance.
A faulty item is defined as:
- A product received damaged, or
- A manufacturing fault occurring within a reasonable time (up to 6 months)
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
To report a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team at online@dickiesaustralia.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
Sale items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to return conditions.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank, PayPal, or Afterpay account
- Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)
